Which Towns Near Charlotte Do We Serve?
From Pineville we plan pools for homes in Charlotte, the Ballantyne area, Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Monroe and Waxhaw. Your county and town decide what a pool permit needs, and many HOAs approve the plan first.
- Call 811 first. North Carolina law requires a free NC 811 request before anyone digs.
- Clear the path. For the pool installation, the pool arrives in one piece, often by crane.
Charlotte Pool Questions
Where is your pool showroom near Charlotte?
Our showroom is at 618 N Polk Street, Suite P, Pineville, NC 28134. Call (704) 666-8900 with questions before you visit.
Do I need a permit for an inground pool in Charlotte?
Most North Carolina counties and towns need a permit for a pool. Charlotte is in Mecklenburg County, and the county and city decide what the permit needs. If you live in an HOA, ask for its approval early too.
How much does an inground pool cost in Charlotte?
The cost of an inground pool depends on the model, how easy your yard is to reach, how flat it is, the soil and any rock, how far the pool sits from power and water, permits, fencing and the patio. We do not post prices, because no two yards need the same work, so ask for a free quote. Pool financing is offered, and the lender sets approval and terms.
Can you put a fiberglass pool in a Charlotte yard with rock or a slope?
Soil, rock and slope all change the dig, so we talk them through at the free consultation, by phone or at the showroom. A sloped yard may also suit a semi in-ground pool, which sits partly above the ground.
Do you build pools in Matthews, Mint Hill and Indian Trail?
Yes. Our Pineville showroom serves Charlotte, Pineville, Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Monroe, Waxhaw and the Ballantyne area.
What happens at a free pool consultation in Pineville?
We talk through how you want to use the pool, your yard and any HOA rules, then narrow the models that fit. From there we write your free quote.
What warranty comes with a pool in Charlotte?
A pool warranty comes in three parts: one from the pool maker, one from each equipment maker and one for the install work. Ask for the written terms of each part with your quote, and read our pool warranty guide before you sign.
