Now that we have our swim spa, I can say the customer service didn’t stop after the sale. Johnna at Epic Swimming Pools has continued to support us—from helping us understand how to manage the chemicals, to answering my call just today about the filters.

Epic was awesome in the purchase of our swim spa! Starting with our sales rep. He did a great job of telling us all about the spa and answering our questions. The communication during the whole process was excellent. The delivery was professional, timely and thorough. They are the best for a reason.

I feel 99% certain that Johnna was the reason we purchases our swim spa the day after we met her at the showroom. Her knowledge was beyond belief, and her energy was contagious. My husband and I felt comfortable with her from the moment she walked over to us. She has been in contact every step of the way, and took care of everything for us to prepare put in our spa, and get it ready for use. She’s also been available in the days since our spa was open for any questions and concerns. She’s walked us through everything. I’ve already sent two friends to her to see if they may be able to get a spa in their backyard. Thank you, Johnna.
